On the 20th of January, the 3rd edition of Motivation Day took place, a new session on the values of new enterprises. This year, it was focused on sustainability and its 3 main pillars: environment, economy and society. They put special emphasis in the social pillar as a booster of the other 2 pillars, it was argued that working on the value of employees that are part of the company, will allow this company to be more sustainable in environmental and economic aspects. The Motivation Day is a professional event, aimed for managers, directors, human resources professionals, sales departments and all the people interested in improving the management of its companies.
The outline of the event was very complete since they talked about how to motivate people in 21st
Century companies, how to improve CSR, what’s the directive profile of the companies that are committed to sustainability, etc. The day ended with a group motivational talk about the current business and sustainability models.
Gomà-Camps was part of this event through the participation of Núria Foraster, Human Resources Director of the Group. She participated in the symposium about what are the directive profiles in sustainable companies like ours.
