This 2021 the Strategic Plan of the groups has been defined for the coming years, and the Group’s Mission, Vision and Values
has been aligned with greater commitment to society. In line with this compromise, in 2022 we will launch our first Strategic RSC and Sustainability Plan
, adopted by the Management Board of the Group on 22 September. In this way, we are committed to Global Challenges and we are aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (ODS).
With this compromise, we choose those ODS on which we believe we have more impact in order to focus our efforts and maximise our contribution.
The truth is, (that we don’t start from zero). The latest years, we’ve been doing many actions to achieve this objective and for the next years we’ll continuous working on many others actions to contribute in this collective challenge to improve our world.
Our commitment to sustainability, the environment, society and governance is based in our culture and our Strategic Business Plan, which we reflect on our will to:
- Increase the value creation and maximize positive impact on society.
- Work the sustainability and the compromise across the board in the organisation.
- Integrate listening to lobbyists.
- Participation of our human team in their achievement.
We are joining the global commitment through the Sustainable Development Goals, taking on as our own the leading role that companies must play in achieving them.
We do it defining an ODS ecosystem in which we determine our impact capacity based on our organization activities. This ecosystem is fomented on the choice of three main ODS in which to work and on the identification of other secondary ODS, but not less valuable ones on which we would have a subsidiary impact. In this way, we identify the maximised impact of our actions.
For the choice of the three ODS we have assessed those in which we maximise the social impact, environmental and economic impact that our action can have.
